Our process begins with an in-person, initial consultation (free of charge) to meet & greet and discuss your vision and goals for your outdoor space. Shortly after meeting, a design proposal is presented to capture all fees associated with our process. Upon receipt of the accepted design proposal and design retainer, we conduct a site visit/analysis and then begin conceptualizing several design options for your outdoor space. All conceptual design options are presented and discussed, these options will depict creative solutions to achieve the visions and goals for your space. From there, a design direction is selected, which will then allow us to continue the design process and prepare a final plan. We create and deliver a custom design plan that includes plant selections, hardscaping elements, and any other features you desire, such as, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen, a fire feature, etc. We will work with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations before moving forward with installation.
Usually a design fee is approximately 10-12% of the allotted construction budget.
Redesign is a less-intensive version of interior design. There is no construction nor construction mess involved, it's simply recreating spaces by working with what you already own. Your taste, needs, desired mood, and lifestyle are all taken into account, as we reimagine the look of your space. We uncover the best functionality and ideal traffic flow, provide color cohesiveness, and add stylized décor. Keep what you love - we will use it in a new way or in a new space.
Start to Finish: Redesign completes one room in one day!
Statistics show that staging a home can increase a home's selling price and the likelihood that it will sell quickly, as it helps prospective buyers better imagine how they can use the livable space. Staging a home makes it easier for buyers to recognize when a house meets their expectations, while a lack of staging could mean that a buyer is unable to visualize the space and what it can become, in relation to their vision. No two buyers have the exact same preference, so our staging professional will aim to create a neutral, tasteful environment that showcases the potential of the home.
Staging creates a believable, clean, attractive living space that buyers can envision living in.
Staging makes your home more attractive to potential buyers, which can help it sell faster and for more money. Ninety-five percent of staged homes sell in 11 days or less, meaning that a staged home spends 73% less time on the market than a non-staged home. Home staging brings in an 8-10% return on investment.
Staged homes usually sell faster and for more money!
